We recently worked with Duncan Davidson at Larose to rent out an apartment. Duncan has extensive knowledge of the Mississauga and surrounding market together with solid experience in real estate. He gave us excellent advice about pricing and positioning, found multiple excellent candidate tenants, and helped us decide who to rent to. He and his team handled all the details and gave us the piece of mind that all the necessary checks and paperwork were done right. We go the rent we wanted and a really great tenant.
