Mississauga City Centre is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the GTA. In the 1980′s there was only Square One which now one of the largest shopping malls in Ontario, a handful of office buildings and the condos along Hurontario Rd.

Hurontario is the busiest transit entranceway in the 905 Region of GTA. There is a plan to build a light rail transit along the Hurontario Street and towards the southern side of Brampton.

Mississauga Valley is a comprehensively planned subdivision that is located in Central Mississauga. Like Meadowvale, this area contains a central ring road to which neighbourhood units are attached. The west side of the area contains high-rise apartment blocks while the east side is represented mostly by detached homes. Mississauga Valley is home to the Terry Fox Community Centre which houses a pool and fun fitness facilities.

Mississauga Valley Arena hosts many events and programs which include learning practices for skating and ice-hockey. The arena has a seating arrangement for 375 spectators, many dressing rooms and a snack bar. The neighborhood is an excellent location for commuters with easy access to transit and GO and only minutes away from the cultural entertainment of Downtown Mississauga.
