You are all things creative– a solid design and marketing acumen demonstrated by education and experience. You thrive in a busy environment and are comfortable juggling many projects on the go. You understand Social Media, you love to start new conversations online and are naturally curious about all things social.

You are an independent thinker and have solid decision quality. You have strong presentation skills and can rally the team behind your vision and creativity.

You are well organized with strong interpersonal skills, writing and presentation skills, real estate marketing creatives have technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including those integral to desktop publishing and website maintenance. You must be able to lead the marketing team and work with vendors of all sorts.



Key Responsibilities

As the marketing creative you coordinate all communications and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. This includes creation, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, online marketing and social media.

In line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience, the marketing creative manages social outreach, special events and community outreach activities.

Daily / Ongoing Priorities

Set up and Create a quarterly Marketing Calendar

  • Manage all Social Media Pages and drive engagement
  • Manage all advertising outputs - Facebook Ads, Online marketing, flyers, newsletters and feature sheets
  • Build and manage The Larose Team subscriber database (CRM), customer communications and email campaigns to drive increased engagement and inbound interest from our target market.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure email communications are consistent and mutually beneficial across the prospect lifecycle.
  • Website Maintenance
  • Develop new ideas to drive traffic to the LT website and social media sites
  • Do a quarterly analysis of the LT marketing and platform vs the competition and present findings
  • Track the ROI on marketing efforts and share findings and recommendations
  • Design flyers, brochures and listing materials
  • Work with vendors to ensure high standards of all materials
  • Assess the LT market presence and make recommendations on changes accordingly
  • Assess all marketing costs and innovate
