Meet Marlene Baur
Marlene has worked alongside Kevin since they started selling real estate in 2000. Her ‘no nonsense’ business approach to real estate has gained her much respect in the industry.
Marlene comes from a retail and marketing background where she was involved in merchandising and buying at a Senior Executive level for Holt Renfrew and Eaton’s.
She is involved in assisting in the preparation of properties that are coming to market and brings an analytical and creative approach to all transactions she coordinates with the Team.
Marlene has been a Director on the board of the Credit Reserve Association since 1999 and a board member for Options Mississauga, a non-profit social enterprise charity that provides training and employment for intellectually disabled adults.
She joined the board of the Port Credit BIA in 2024 and is involved in beautification along the Lakeshore corridor as well as helping build the strategy with future retail bringing new business to the area.
Marlene has worked hard in the community giving back to local school fundraisers and brings a wealth of knowledge of the south Mississauga area having raised two children in the communities of Mineola and Lorne Park.
Marlene enjoys travel, design and spending time with family and friends.
