Pump House Grille Co. and Colossus are also great spots for dinner or lunch, and if you like pubs, there's always Brogue Inn!

Typically, Mineola residents will venture out to Port Credit for the spectacular festivals and regular events. However, Mineola also has its own activities, particularly for outdoor enthusiasts who want to embrace the area's lush, verdant landscape. Since Mineola is within walking distance to the lakefront neighbourhoods and Port Credit, you could spend a day strolling along the beautiful streetscapes to get exercise and treat yourself to some retail therapy.

The Cawthra Woods and park is a great place to learn about the local wildlife and fauna by exploring the hiking trail. The Carmen Corbasson Community Center has several excellent amenities, such as an indoor walking track and indoor ice rinks, and a 25-meter lane pool. 


Schools

Mineola West is home to the Kenollie public school, one of the best in Mississauga with exceptional EQAO scores. Mineola Public Schools is also a great school, as are the local Catholic schools St. Dominic and St. Timothy.
