We are managing property showings and appointments and have created a list of showing standards for agents that address new protocols when they are showing a home. We will encourage showings via FaceTime to buyers and their agents who wish to see the property in more detail.
We will continue to prepare listings to go to market. As of today, our stagers, photographers and other service partners are working with added protocols to minimize the amount of time they are in your home. All listing paperwork can be signed electronically.
We have created a pre qualification checklist and will qualify all showings to ensure to best of our ability that anyone who has travelled outside the country over the past 14 days NOT be permitted to enter your home.
Moving forward, we have suspended all open houses until further notice and will be doing Open Houses via FACEBOOK LIVE, if appropriate.
As we have been doing for some time, all offers can be signed from your home using Docusign electronic signature software.
Our team is holding regular appointments and presentations over FaceTime and Zoom video conferencing. If you wish to meet in person and are fine with our new health standards, we are available to meet at our office.
