Kevin Larose

Sales Representative

In 2000, after roughly two decades of hard work and success in sales and business ownership, Kevin decided to follow his heart into real estate. He never looked back.

Like most people, Kevin had seen both good and bad experiences working with agents. So when he made the move, he focused on serving his clients with the respect and care we all deserve when making decisions about our homes.

“I love this business. For me, it’s always been about building relationships. Everyday I work with smart, friendly people. It’s been the most exciting and rewarding time of my professional life. There is nothing more gratifying than working in my community and helping people achieve their dreams.”

Kevin also takes pleasure in learning everyday, improving industry standards, and coaching others to achieve their best. In 2011, he founded a Mastermind group of top GTA real-estate professionals. This group fosters leadership in client service, develops new tools and business practices, and champions innovation and self-awareness in the field.

Kevin and Marlene, and the entire Larose Team, are passionate about giving back to the community, participating in numerous charitable organizations and neighbourhood events. “We work here, we live here; it’s our responsibility and privilege to make it a great place to be.”

Outside the office, Kevin loves to cook, spend time with family and friends, and travel the world. He is an avid sports fan- Go Jays and Go Leafs!

Marlene Baur Larose


Marlene has worked alongside Kevin since they started selling real estate in 2000. Her ‘no nonsense’ business approach to real estate has gained her much respect in the industry.

Marlene comes from a retail and marketing background where she was involved in merchandising and buying at a senior executive level for Holt Renfrew and Eaton’s. She understands the wants and needs of her clients when searching for that ‘perfect’ property and brings a high standard of negotiating skills to all transactions she is involved in. “There is nothing I love better than a good negotiation.”

Marlene has been a Director on the board of the Credit Reserve Association since 1999 and has worked hard in the community giving back to local school fundraisers and charities.

She brings a wealth of knowledge of the south Mississauga area having raised two children in the communities of Mineola and Lorne Park.

Marlene enjoys travel, keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.

Katrina Dauphinee

Sales Representative

Katrina Dauphinee is an accomplished Sales Director with 14 years’ experience working with industry leaders in the seniors housing sector. She has extensive sales and marketing experience in direct sales, managing sales representatives and supporting them in creating marketing and sales strategies. She is adept at meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsible for creating and facilitating training programs across Canada, Katrina mentored and coached sales representatives who assist seniors and their families with the overwhelming transition to retirement community living. Katrina believes passionately that the key to excellent customer service is listening closely to an individual’s needs and helping that person make the right decision for themselves and their loved ones.

Married and a mother of twin boys, Katrina and her family live, work and play in Port Credit. Katrina and her family enjoy entertaining and love the outdoors- especially being on the water, wake boarding and water skiing.

After a successful career with an on-demand software company and major financial institutions, Kelly has devoted herself to her passion of real estate. Her professional achievements and experience in the areas of relationship management, contract negotiations and project facilitation have prepared her for the demands of the real estate market.

Phil Wright

Born and raised in Mississauga, Phil has called Port Credit home for the last 11 years which he admits to be the best move he could have made. A love of lakeside living has led to a true passion for the area and he looks forward to becoming even more involved in the community for many years to come.

Educated in Marketing with a history in sales, Phil is well equipped to help you with the buying or selling of your property and is driven to provide his clients with the highest level of service.

Natasha Jelinek

Natasha Jelinek is a charismatic individual with a thirst for life and a genuine commitment to customer service. These qualities motivate her to consistently seek win-win opportunities for her clients. She feels that effective communication and community awareness are an integral part of any real estate negotiation. Having grown up in Toronto, and later moving to Oakville to grow her family, Natasha has a unique understanding of the various communities across the GTA. Natasha looks forward to helping her clients find the right home for their needs.

Natasha’s previous professional experience working with families in the field of mental health has allowed her to gain some valuable insights for working with people. Her genuine curiosity and client-focused commitment has facilitated successful outcomes for her clients and families.

Outside of the office, Natasha enjoys an active lifestyle, and is involved in community sports such as hockey and baseball. She also enjoys many outdoor activities and appreciates all the natural spaces that the GTA has to offer.

Krista Kendy

Administrative Manager

Krista grew up in a small town in the Niagara Region. She completed her education at Brock University and the University at Buffalo. Krista and her husband reside in Burlington and have two young children.

After having her first child in 2010, Krista decided that she needed a career that would challenge her when she returned to the workforce. In the spring of 2011 she was presented with the opportunity to join The Larose Real Estate Team. Having always worked in the customer service field she felt this would be a great opportunity to use the skills she already had and learn about an exciting new field. Krista feels she has learned a great deal since starting with the Larose Real Estate Team. She credits this to the great experience and integrity of the people on the Larose Real Estate Team. Krista strives to build strong relationships and provide the absolute best experience possible to all of our clients. It is Krista’s hope, as part of this team, that she can help make your experience with us even better.

Chris Hillier

With a multimedia arts education, Chris has thrived on utilizing his skill set to offer an award winning creative sales approach.

While continuing to assist his clients in the GTA, Chris has taken the Marketing Director lead to maintain the team’s strong community presence and to drive further brand awareness. "It has been a rewarding challenge to continue to elevate the Larose Team brand above the noise in the market, while seeking out new and exciting ways to keep it fresh. And as a realtor, I have a greater understanding and appreciation for the customer journey and what it takes for our clients to go home happy!"

Married and a father of two boys, Chris and his family enjoy getting outdoors, exploring the parks and the lakefront of Mississauga and Toronto.

Chris is also a professional Photographer with a focus on architecture and landscape. An avid design and arts enthusiast. Fan of all things mid-century modern.

Liz Little

Senior Administrator

Liz was born and raised in Meadowvale , and later moved to Downtown Toronto to further her education and explore Canada’s biggest city. It was while living in Toronto that she discovered the real estate world, helped develop an office from the ground up, and discovered a new passion for the exciting industry.

After helping an entrepreneur turn a small office into a brokerage, Liz made the decision to pursue an administrative path back to her roots of Mississauga, and when the opportunity arose to come on board the Larose Real Estate Team, she enthusiastically took it.

Liz holds a Diploma in Journalism and has a varied background working in numerous writing, administration, social media, and real estate ventures, and looks forward to bringing that experience and knowledge to The Larose Real Estate Team. Liz is thrilled to be part of The Larose Real Estate Team, and looks forward to providing helpful customer service, expanding her creative abilities, and building long-lasting relationships with the team and the clientele.

Frances Lu

Sales Representative

Having lived in Lorne Park for the majority of her life, Frances has an authentic and deep understanding of real estate in the area. She is committed to finding the best for your family as she`s experienced first-hand the benefits of not only a great home but more importantly a great foundation. Real Estate to Frances is less about the physical space but rather the security and warmth a home provides in your life. Being born in China and immigrating here with her family when she was an infant has led Frances to champion the great impact a neighborhood like Lorne Park can provide.

After completing an Honours Bachelor at the University of Toronto, Frances went on to pursue a career in management, working with some of Canada`s top retailers. She has always been passionate about working with people, and sees building relationships and connections with those around her as the most important part of any successful venture. Having progressed quickly up the management ladder, Frances realized she was more invested in building genuine relationships as a way to set people up for success rather than simply teaching someone new skills. Real Estate to Frances is much like business management; finding the right fit for the right person makes all the difference.

When she's not working, Frances enjoys running, playing tennis and traveling. She is passionate about setting out challenges for herself and constantly having new experiences. Time with family and friends is extremely important to Frances and something she believes everyone should have more of in their lives.

Channing Prater

Channing has been a friendly face around Mississauga over the last 10 years. First calling the Orchard Heights area home, Channing eventually chose to settle down in the beautifully wooded neighborhood of Mineola in Port Credit because it reminded him of where he grew up in rural Virginia.

Channing’s educational background is in Criminal Justice, but when a recent immigrant to Canada, Channing would often attend open houses in an effort to get to know the neighborhoods. From this experience, he developed an interest in real estate. Having attended hundreds of open houses, this helped hone the skills of recognizing and realizing potential in various properties.

Prior to real estate, Channing has extensive experience in property management, investment property acquisition and residential construction, having built two dream homes in the Lakeview area. He has experience working with the Committee of Adjustment and navigating the building permit process, which makes him a valuable asset to buyers looking for an investment property.

Channing knows how important it is to find a place that feels like “home”. His meticulous attention to detail drives his passion to find his clients the perfect property. It is a privilege and an honor to walk the journey with families to find a place that is just that for them: the right fit that makes their house their HOME.

In his spare time, Channing’s vinyl record collection keeps him entertained. He is a music fanatic and often checks out live music and explores the local restaurant scene. He enjoys travelling and spending time cottaging up north.

Patricia Kelso

Born and raised in Mississauga, Patricia Kelso has been lucky to call Clarkson, Erin Mills and -for the past 17 years- Lakeview her home. A graduate from York University, Patricia has gained a wide variety of experience serving in the corporate, performance and customer service arenas. As a former touring Irish Dance Professional, Patricia has traveled the world, enjoying the hospitality and culture of many countries, which has left her with a passion for meeting new people and learning about their lives.

After owning and operating a successful competitive Irish Dance school for 15 years, Patricia knows more than few things about grit, performing under pressure and what it takes to win in the most difficult of circumstances- experience that translates effectively to the Real Estate world.

Married to her husband for 19 years and with 2 beautiful children, Patricia enjoys spending time outdoors, her Orange Theory workouts, and being with family and friends.

Shabir Brar

Shabir knew he had a passion for sales when he canvassed for the Sunday Sun at 11 years of age, but also had an interest in technology. Graduating as a Network Engineer, he quickly found himself managing various IT projects.

Meeting and communicating regularly with new people and different businesses further fueled his entrepreneurial spirit.Shabir is a firm believer in “knowledge is power” and is always on top of emerging trends in real estate, allowing him to give reliable advice to his clients

In his free time, Shabir enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 children, competitively boxing or having a good laugh enjoying stand-up comedy..

Jennifer Pantano

With over 20 years in customer service, including 12 years managing one of Toronto’s most successful salon & spas, has provided Jennifer with the skillset to handle any situation. Jennifer was born in raised in Toronto West, but her affinity for Port Credit eventually brought her family to settle in South Mississauga where in her free time, she enjoys walking along the lakeshore with her husband and their two dogs.

Duncan Davidson

After 25 years in the financial industry in both the UK and then Hong Kong where he was the Director of Asia Execution for a multi-national brokerage firm, Duncan and his family re-located to Canada and quickly decided to call South Mississauga home. Drawn by its proximity to the lake and excellent schools for his 3 children, Duncan’s family settled into life in Mineola and haven’t looked back. When he’s not chauffeuring his kids around and balancing work, he can be found working on his golf swing.

His outgoing and fun personality only adds to his drive to excel in all areas of real estate. Teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail are all key attributes to delivering an all-around exceptional real estate experience to his clients. Duncan’s great sense of humour makes every experience a delight, and clients feel his trustworthy and honest demeanor puts him at a level above the rest.

Mel Cochrane

Marketing Director

Born and raised in the Port Credit neighbourhood, Mel loves being part of such a vibrant and scenic community. From the friendliness of neighbours, to having quick walking access to the waterfront trails, Mel enjoys attending various yearly events throughout Port Credit and can often be found on Sunday evenings in the summer at Memorial Park enjoying the talent of local artists and live music.

With 14 years experience in Marketing & Communications, Event & Project Management, and Promotions & PR - Mel is a natural creative leader with a strategic edge.

Mel loves the arts, music and live theatre, and has recently discovered a passion for painting and photography, and it won’t take long for you to learn of her avid love for the Toronto Blue Jays – Go Jays Go!
