There has been a lot of negative media attention over the past few weeks regarding the collapse of IPRO brokerage here in Mississauga. IPRO was one of the largest real estate brokerages in Ontario by agent count and ran a low cost model for agents, most of whom were part time and didn’t do one transaction in a year. This issue has resulted in the brokerage closing and charges being laid regarding trust moneys that were misappropriated.
